Beautiful necklaces by Vancouver-based designer, Cécile of Olala Design. I love the copper tassel on the Carmen Lariat felt flower necklace. Madama Butterfly necklace consists of a red carved cinnabar butterfly which adds a sensual accent to the neck. O La La!
These are very different, not really something that I myself would wear but I don’t know a few friends that would love this arty look
This is a really pretty necklace design. Very original.
It might be worthy to note that Cinnibar is a mercury containing mineral. I would not want to wear a mercury based mineral next to my skin, thank you.

Just one comment about what “Brad” wrote : nowadays, in the jewelry industry, most cinnabar beads are manmaded with a resin-based polymer that approximates the appearance of pigmented lacquer and they do NOT contain Mercury!
So my “Madama Butterfly” necklace is pretty AND safe : )
