California-based Coolhaus which is co-founded by two architects, creates stylish ice-cream sandwiches fashioned after houses, with modern design names such as minimalism and mies vanilla rohe. All ice creams are handcrafted with natural ingredients. An ice cream truck serving these cute cool treats will hit the streets of Los Angeles this summer!

For those of us elsewhere, we can only discuss how this fanciful icy delight is to be savored. Would you remove the sandwich “rooftop” and eat it first before going for the rest, or would you try to take a bite from the entire sandwich house? {via dwell}

I love that the wrapper is edible… with edible ink! So cute.

Wow! If I lived in LA I’d definitely check that out – and edible wrappers sound amazing too!
