Not only are these the cutest and sweetest fruit notes I’ve come across, they have the most appropriate name, Kudamemo, which is derived from the Japanese word Kudamono, meaning fruits. Each memo notepad sits vertically like an apple or a pear, with realistic seed design and a twig stem.

Created by Japan design studio D-Bros, these Kudamemo notes are sold both individually or in a cute crate of 6. Just like how real fruits are packaged. If you’re in Japan, you may purchase the memo here and here.

However, this cute notepad doesn’t come cheap. A single fruit memo costs approximately US$19.60 while a crate of 6 “fruity” notes has a hefty price tag of US$118. Oh well, it’s probably justified in the name of design! If I were to buy one, I’d probably keep the pages intact and free from ink marks …

I love, love, love these! Especially how they come in a crate. I don’t think I could ever bring myself to use them.
