I’m in awe of UK artist and illustrator Helen Musselwhite‘s amazing paper art which easily takes one to a magical fairyland. I love cutting and working with paper, but can’t imagine what it’ll be like cutting an entire landscape of forest, trees and wild animals.

Each of Helen’s paper sculpture and collage is hand-cut from various paper stock and then built together in layers, creating a beautiful 3-dimensional artwork.

I really love Helen’s cute owl paper cuts, as well as the stunning butterfly with intricate details on its wings (shown above). To see more of Helen Musselwhite’s work visit her site at helenmusselwhite.com.
