baked objects at the Dutch Design Week 09

I love this collection of baked containers and vessels by Formafantasma, which was presented at Dutch Design Week last year. The Baked project was inspired by a Sicilian custom where flour-based objects were used as festive decorations.

The materials used include flour, coffee, cocoa, spinach and other natural materials. I like the elastic belts decoration around the vessels. Read more about baked objects here.
